Agreement and linked policies
Accessing this website, placing an order, or contacting us signifies agreement to these terms and the linked Shipping, Refund, Payment, and Privacy policies where enforceable.
Permitted use
Use must be lawful. Users may not attack, disrupt, overload, probe, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, misuse automation, invade privacy, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Product display and purchase offers
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, and imagery accurate, but packaging, color, and screen presentation may reasonably vary. An order is an offer to purchase. It may be refused, limited, or cancelled for inventory, payment, address, fraud, error, misuse, delivery restriction, policy, or legal reasons.
Pricing, authorization, and delivery
Checkout displays prices, taxes, delivery charges, and the final total. Payment requires authorization under the Payment Policy. The Shipping Policy addresses estimates and carrier risks, including events outside reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
